Enjoy! (And for more easy dairy free recipes, try these delicious dairy free snacks and dairy free appetizers!)
Dairy Free Pancakes & French Toast
Almond Flour Banana Pancakes
These fluffy gluten free pancakes are made with almond flour for a delicious breakfast the whole family will love! The batter is made in a blender, too, so these come together with barely any effort.
Just be sure to use vegan butter or coconut oil for greasing the skillet when cooking these to keep them dairy free.
Almond Milk French Toast
Almond milk gives this easy french toast recipe a lovely hint of almond flavor, and eliminates the need for any dairy at the same time!
I’ve always been a huge french toast fan and this recipe is no exception.
This dairy free french toast is quick and easy to make, and you can add all your favorite toppings (like maple syrup, fresh berries, and/or sliced almonds). You can use any bread you have on hand, too. It’s super flexible!
Banana Pumpkin Pancakes
These pumpkin pancakes are the perfect fall breakfast or brunch recipe! They’re naturally sweetened with banana, and are deliciously spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
They’re basically pumpkin pie in healthy pancake form! And a bonus is that my kids love these pancakes, too.
Banana Protein Pancakes
This is one of my favorite OG recipes, and one we make all the time because it’s another favorite of my kids (and mine, too)!
We make the microwave version (there’s also a stovetop variation in the post) at least a few times a week. In the mornings my two year old always says: “nana pancake! nana pancake!”
These banana pancakes are easy to make and protein-packed, so they’ll keep you satisfied all morning long. Plus, they’re flour-free (gluten free), dairy-free, kid-friendly, and sweetened with bananas (no refined sugar)!

Plus, they’re made with coconut oil (not butter) and almond milk, so there’s no dairy! They’re super moist, with a soft texture and more nutrients than typical muffins.
Berry Quinoa Bake with Lemon
Have you ever had quinoa for breakfast? It’s a fun way to mix it up from oatmeal!

These healthier muffins are dairy free, gluten free (made with oat flour and almond flour), and studded with bits of juicy peaches!
They’re especially perfect for summer, but you can make them anytime. Or, you can use apples in place of the peaches!

These crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside strawberry scones are easy to make and happen to be vegan, too. They’re perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a cozy weekend morning or a holiday brunch.
Plus, they’re more nutritious than typical scones, thanks to the whole wheat pastry flour (I promise you won’t even notice the difference)!
Cranberry Orange Bread
This cozy fall bread is packed with deliciousness, from the dried cranberries to the bright orange juice and crunchy pecans. It’s healthier than typical quick breads, but just as tasty and packed with flavor!

This is a healthier version of carrot cake in muffin form, and believe me when I say you will love it!
These lightly sweetened, whole wheat muffins are deliciously spiced and so comforting. The perfect autumn breakfast recipe! It’s one of the earliest recipes from my blog and still a favorite.

Carrot Cake Overnight Oats with Coconut Milk
This is the best meal prep breakfast for a hot day (or if you’re craving carrot cake)! These overnight oats are packed with carrot cake flavor, and made with coconut milk for a super creamy texture.

This bright and creamy mango chia pudding is made with coconut milk for a delicious (and super easy) dairy free breakfast.
The tropical flavors are especially perfect for summer, but this can be enjoyed year-round (just use frozen mango and thaw it beforehand)!
Almond Milk Overnight Oats with Berries
One of the best (and easiest) ways to make overnight oats dairy free is to use almond milk! It adds a delicate almond flavor and is the oats come out just as creamy as regular milk.
Mixed berries and sliced almonds are delicious toppings, but you can really add anything you want!
Coconut Banana Chia Pudding
This is another variation of my mango chia pudding, but made with bananas instead! It’s a delicious meal prep breakfast that will keep you full until lunch.
Plus, it’s super versatile – you can add any toppings you want! Try it with a swirl of peanut butter or almond butter.
