I love overnight oats because all the work is done the night before, and in the morning all you have to do is eat!
You just put the ingredients in a small jar or container, shake them up, and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, just top with berries and sliced almonds, and you’ve got a tasty jar of oats for breakfast!

How to Make Oatmeal Tasty & Satisfying
I’m a huge proponent of oatmeal, and I feel like it doesn’t get the love it deserves because it’s not always prepared in the most delicious way. It can be so tasty and satisfying (instead of boring and bland) with just a few simple tweaks!
This post covers all the ways to make oatmeal extra delicious, creamy, and flavorful – plus lots of different flavors and toppings to try (including the savory variation pictured above).

This recipe has been popular on the blog for many years, and for good reason! It’s super quick to throw together, is packed with nutrients, and has a refreshing, Mexican-inspired flavor.
It’s got lots of veggies and can be topped with your favorite salsa for an added kick! It makes a fabulous make ahead lunch for bringing to work/on the go, and you can add leftover meat (chicken is great here) to the mix, too.
Feel free to get creative with it!
